Description
ICF’s Disaster Management Division is looking for a Financial Analyst – Disaster Management with experience in CDBG-DR/ MIT compliance, financial management, or public finance to support financial services. This position is 100% Remote in the United States with ability to travel. Preference given to Austin, Texas area, which would be a Hybrid job for that area.
As our ICF Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in guiding state recovery operations through disaster grant management while supporting evolving client needs. At ICF, our Disaster Management division leads in program oversight, planning, technical support, outreach, compliance, and performance evaluation for HUD and FEMA recovery programs.
You are a driven professional with deep experience in state and local government, specializing in federally funded disaster recovery and mitigation. Your toolkit includes project management platforms, financial reporting systems, and data analytics. You consistently deliver high-impact results aligned with ICF’s values—ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and improving processes. Proactive and self-reliant, you thrive in collaborative, inclusive teams and eagerly embrace new challenges to grow your skills and support client success.
Compensation: While the range below is broader, this position will offer a base salary of 75K to 85K. Offer based on candidate’s % of job description match and location.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
