Financial Analyst (EMIRATI)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through precise reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, streamlining financial processes, and providing insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and reforecast templates to support quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Performance Analysis: Track revenues, expenses, and profitability metrics to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Budget & Cost Management: Assist in developing budgets, ensuring accurate allocations, and maintaining compliance with internal financial procedures.
• Data & Systems Management: Manage financial data across multiple systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel), ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis and reporting.
• Business Insight & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through data-driven analysis, supporting leadership with recommendations for financial strategy and investment decisions.
• Collaboration & Support: Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment and provide analytical support for business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling financial information
