Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst / Equity & Crypto Trading Specialist to join our Customer Support (Finance & Investment) team. The ideal candidate will provide financial analysis, support equity and crypto trading operations, and ensure all taxation and compliance activities are handled efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing statutory tax filings and assisting with internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Taxes / Taxation

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax returns in accordance with statutory deadlines.
• Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, and compliance reports on a monthly and annual basis.
• Maintain proper documentation and assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Monitor and manage TDS/TCS deductions, deposits, and generation of Form 16/16A through TRACES.
• Handle tax notices, queries, and compliance issues by coordinating with tax consultants and government authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws, circulars, and regulatory changes, ensuring adherence to internal compliance SOPs.

2. Financial Analysis & Trading Support

• Assist in equity and cryptocurrency trading operations, including trade execution support and portfolio monitoring.
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and investment performance to support decision-making.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly financial reports and trading summaries.
• Handle customer queries related to finance, investments, and trading platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial and trading processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax compliances and related statutory procedures.
• Familiarity with TRACES, GST portal, and income tax utilities.
• Basic understanding of equity markets, crypto trading, and financial instruments.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and compliance documents.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and compliance-driven environment.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new tools and market trends.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Experience in BFSI, audit, taxation, or financial trading environments.
• Certifications in finance, accounting, or trading (e.g., NISM, CFA Level 1, Crypto courses) will be an added advantage.
