Financial Analyst Executive

We are looking for a Financial Analyst Executive to join our business partner, a leading company in the restaurant and retail sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in budget and financial reporting (experience in Independent Audit Firms for at least 2 years would be an asset)
• Experience in Financial Analysis or Financial Controlling processes; knowledge of IFRS reporting would be an asset.
• Experience in relevant fields such as FMCG, QSR, retail, production, logistics, procurement, or supply chain management would be an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (advanced Excel skills are essential); experience with SAP and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ThinkCell) would be an asset.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, open to development, and willing to research and learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong business partnering skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Description

• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure strong financial governance.
• Analyzing financial performance and transforming numbers into actionable insights for senior management.
• Preparing presentations for Executive and Board meetings — making the story behind the numbers stand out.
• Supporting the development of dynamic financial models and scenario analyses that drive strategy and innovation.
• Initiating and tracking process improvement projects focused on efficiency in budgeting and reporting.
• Evaluating investment opportunities through feasibility studies and ROI analyses, and ensuring CAPEX tracking is on point.
• Identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze purchasing efficiency, stock performance, and COGS.
