Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Flow Management (MOST IMPORTANT)

Maintain daily/weekly cash flow tracker

Ensure proper balance between:

Company current account

Personal withdrawals (salary/dividend)

Stop random transfers between accounts

Create structured salary payout for founder (you)

2. Budgeting & Expense Control

Create:

Monthly personal budget

Monthly company budget

Track:

Fixed vs variable expenses

Identify unnecessary spending & savings opportunities

Set financial discipline rules

3. Revenue Planning & Forecasting

Track:

Ongoing projects

Expected payments (milestones, invoices)

Pipeline deals (POs, proposals, negotiations)

Create:

Monthly revenue forecast

Collection forecast

Give clarity:

“How much money is expected in next 30 / 60 / 90 days”

4. Bookkeeping & Accounting

Maintain proper books in:

QuickBooks / Zoho Books / Tally

Track:

Income

Expenses

Profitability per project

Reconcile:

Bank accounts

Payments

Ensure clean financial records

5. MIS & Reporting

Weekly & Monthly reports:

Cash flow report

Profit & Loss (P&L)

Expense breakdown

Outstanding payments

Provide clear dashboard:

“Where money is coming from & where it is going”

6. Founder Financial Discipline

Define:

Fixed monthly payout

Track:

personal expenses

Stop:

Random transfers between accounts

7. Process Setup & Automation

Implement:

Expense approval system

Payment tracking system

Invoice tracking

Improve financial workflows

Suggest tools & automation

Required Skills

Strong understanding of:

Cash flow management

Budgeting & forecasting

MIS reporting

Experience with:

Project-based business (IT services preferred)

Tools:

Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced)

QuickBooks / Zoho Books / Tally

Analytical mindset + discipline-driven personality

Pay: $3,216.73 - $3,500.00 per year
