FINANCIAL ANALYST II/IIIThe Utah Office for Victims of Crime (UOVC) is seeking a talented Financial Analyst II/III to play a pivotal role within the office. As a key player on our dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with and assist various groups with strategic planning and financial decision-making.This is an intermediate-level role that requires a thorough knowledge of pertinent policies and procedures to assist with the management of financial programs and a high volume of financial functions. In this role, you will: Manage vendor setup, maintain vendor accounts, and process payments in the state accounting system.Assist with employee training and compliance initiatives, including travel and P-card
management.Support program managers with procurement and purchasing
needs.Read, interpret, and analyze income statements.Reconcile financial data and reports.Research and reconcile data discrepancies and present findings to senior management.This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals to apply their expertise in a meaningful way while being at the forefront of economic development initiatives in Utah. This position may be filled as a Financial Analyst III depending on experience.
