Harmer is partnering with a growing, tech-enabled services organization to hire a Financial Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting both finance leadership and operational stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

The company operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and financial services , partnering with large, complex clients across the U.S. This is a fully remote opportunity with strong visibility and room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial analysis across business units
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial results vs. plan and provide clear, actionable insights
• Partner with business leaders to understand performance drivers and trends
• Prepare reporting packages, variance analysis, and management commentary
• Contribute to development of financial models and reporting tools
• Assist with revenue, pricing, and expense analysis as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience, ideally including: Public accounting (audit or transaction services) AND FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Strong Excel skills and overall technical aptitude
• Polished communication skills with ability to interact across teams
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset
• CPA or MBA is a plus
• Experience with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus
