Financial Analyst - Reporting

Diamond Communications LLC (“Diamond”) is a preeminent private wireless infrastructure company headquartered in Springfield, NJ. We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with strong financial analytical skills to join our financial reporting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial/accounting knowledge and exemplary interpersonal skills with a desire to be a significant contributor from day one. We are a very lean and entrepreneurial team that prides itself on operating in a flat structure. This position will focus on owning much of our monthly reporting package and process, which will include compiling and analyzing financial data into digestible reports and strategic insights for senior management and our shareholders.

Essential Functions:

• Compile and analyze financial data from multiple internal departments, including accounting and lease administration.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other analytical summaries used by senior leadership.
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies, variances, and trends to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board presentation materials and other high-visibility financial deliverables.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects to support strategic planning, operational improvements, and reporting enhancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Experience working in financial reporting or corporate finance within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, data visualization, or ERP/reporting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to summarize complex financial information for executive-level audiences.

Benefits

What We Offer:

Targeted Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Diamond at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. Location:

• Diamond's office is in Springfield, NJ, approximately 17 miles west of New York City. The office is conveniently located close to I-78 and NJ-24.

Work Environment:

• Traditional office work environment.
• Hybrid schedule: Four days in-office
