Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, and contributing to forecasts and business planning activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support financial forecasting and modeling for strategic initiatives and ongoing operations.
• Contribute to variance analysis comparing actual results with forecasts and historical trends.
• Collaborate with business units to gather relevant financial data and understand business drivers.
• Assist in the development of dashboards, financial models, and ad-hoc analysis for decision support.
• Evaluate financial and operational metrics to support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data in reporting systems.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related discipline (internships count).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
