Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Reporting

Job Summary

ibex for one of its Global Client is hiring proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Reporting to support our development reporting function across multiple joint ventures and markets. This role is responsible for consolidating development-related financial and supply chain data, performing reconciliations and variance analyses, and producing monthly and quarterly reports that help drive strategic decision-making. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams—including finance, accounting, supply chain , DE&C (Design, Engineering & Construction) , and asset management—to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of development reporting. This is an evening/night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compile Oracle EPM data forms from joint venture partners.
• Perform reconciliation of development data , ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial and operational records.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and drivers of performance.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly development and supply chain reports by site, market, and region for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, DE&C (Design, Engineering & Construction) , asset managers, and supply chain teams , to gather insights and validate data.
• Enhance reporting processes by utilizing advanced tools and leveraging automation where possible.
• Support ad-hoc financial and supply chain analysis as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, development reporting, or related fields, with exposure to supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree required in related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience using Oracle EPM, Power BI, and PowerPoint to prepare and present financial reports.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis .
• Strong communication skill s with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness and availability to work evening and night shifts (EST time zone).
