Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Financial Reporting: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial reporting needs and provide assistance with the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards.

Technical Accounting & IFRS Support: Research and support the implementation of IFRS and other technical accounting standards. Assist with IFRS conversions and provide guidance on accounting treatments.

Project Management & Audit Support: Assist in the management of day-to-day activities for client projects, including preparing financial reports, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. Support clients in preparing for audits and liaise with auditors as needed.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare high-quality reports and presentations to support decision-making and client communications.

Research & Compliance: Conduct research on emerging accounting standards and financial regulations to provide actionable insights for clients. Support compliance assessments and ensure clients adhere to financial regulations.

Continuous Learning & Team Collaboration: Engage in internal training and development sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and technical standards. Work closely with senior consultants and team members to drive project success.
Requirements

Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pursuing CFA or relevant certifications preferred

UAE national with a family book.

Minimum GPA 2.8 required.
