Seven Stage is looking for a motivated, high-performing Financial Architect & Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. This dual-role opportunity is perfect for strong sales professionals who excel in client relationship management, wealth advisory, and UAE real estate.
You will play a key role in generating leads, guiding clients through financial planning, and advising them on real estate investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert clients through proactive sales activities
- Conduct detailed financial consultations to assess goals and risk appetite
- Create tailored financial strategies and investment roadmaps
- Advise on UAE residential and investment property options
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and UAE real estate laws
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in financial advisory, insurance, banking, investment consulting, or real estate sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High sales drive with proven ability to close deals
- Professional and relationship-driven attitude
- RERA certification (optional but beneficial)
- UAE experience and an active client network preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Compensation & Benefits
