Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Auditor to oversee, evaluate, and monitor the financial and operational processes of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all financial audit functions while supporting continuous improvement in internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular financial audits, including reviewing transactions, invoices, job cards, inventory, and reconciliation reports.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies.
• Verify compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlight discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with financial validations.
• Assess the accuracy of data entries in our systems (Zoho Books)
• Conduct special audits as requested by management.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all audit activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial auditing roles.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in UAE taxation and accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit methodologies.
• Experience working with audit checklists, financial documentation, and internal control evaluations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/Zoho/CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial audits simultaneously.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIA / ACCA / CPA or similar auditing certification.
• Experience in automotive, service, or operations-based industries.
