Position Title: Financial & Commercial Analyst

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial & Commercial Analyst to support financial planning, sales analysis, and commercial performance across multiple markets and brands. The role requires strong analytical skills, high accuracy in reporting, and the ability to provide actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver daily and monthly sales reports and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis.
• Support sales analysis across 10 countries and multiple brands, highlighting performance gaps and trends.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and latest commercial estimates.
• Track marketing and commercial expenses, reporting variances against budgets.
• Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the FP&A and commercial teams to improve data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Assist in monthly closing activities (preliminary and final).
• Ensure all reports comply with company policies and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and commercial data.
• High accuracy in reporting and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Critical thinking with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of KPIs in retail and marketing environments.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Required Training: Computer skills – Administrative skills – Effective communication skills.
