Financial / Business Analyst (Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Financial Analyst with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves financial analysis of plant operations, supporting strategic planning, and providing actionable insights to improve overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze production planning
• Perform financial analysis of manufacturing plants, including profitability, cost structures, and operational performance
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop financial models to support decision-making and analysis
• Analyze revenue, margins, and cost drivers across products and plants
• Conduct CAPEX evaluation and feasibility analysis of new projects
• Collaborate with operations and plant teams for performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards
• Provide management reports and dashboards for senior leadership

Requirements:

• Qualification: ACCA or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and manufacturing operations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
