Financial Client Success - Team Lead

We are currently seeking a Financial Client Success Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our global clients — responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and one-call resolutions to account-specific inquiries.

This is not a scripted support role — it requires active listening, strong problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our financial products and platforms to deliver end-to-end support.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

• Lead, support, and develop a high-performing client-facing team by providing coaching, performance feedback, and ensuring operational targets and service standards are consistently met.
• Provide exceptional client service by resolving account-specific issues efficiently, often within a single interaction.
• Manage inquiries across multiple channels (calls, emails, chat) in a professional and client-focused manner.
• Execute account-related transactions and tasks with accuracy and compliance.
• Guide clients on the use of financial products, such as CFDs, Listed Stocks, and Crypto wallets.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer service experience within the financial industry, preferably at a stock broker, futures broker, asset management firm, CFD broker, or cryptocurrency exchange
• Solid understanding of financial products such as Stocks, Futures, CFDs or Crypto
• Ability to analyze team performance metrics and implement improvements
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
