Financial Consultant

Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as a Consultant. The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with prior experience in audit or consulting firms. The role offers exposure across audit, advisory, compliance, and tax, with an emphasis on UAE-specific regulatory requirements such as VAT and Corporate Tax (CT).

Job Profile:

· Conduct financial analysis and reviews to identify key insights and areas for improvement.

· Support clients with audit, assurance, compliance, and business advisory services.

· Assist in evaluating internal controls, risk management frameworks, and process efficiencies.

· Provide guidance on UAE VAT compliance, filing, reconciliations, and advisory matters.

· Assist clients in understanding and complying with the new UAE Corporate Tax framework, including impact assessments and reporting.

· Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and recommendations.

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

· Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

· Keep up to date with accounting standards, UAE tax regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

· 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an audit or consulting environment.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit methodologies.

· Exposure to UAE VAT and/or Corporate Tax compliance and advisory preferred.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of financial tools/software is an advantage.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
