The Financial Consultant will be responsible for setting up and optimizing financial processes, with a strong focus on asset management, project budgeting, financial modeling, and investment analysis. This role includes developing financial systems and tools, evaluating funding strategies, and mentoring internal staff to enhance the organization’s long-term financial capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement financial processes, including asset management systems
  • Develop and maintain project and development budgets with appropriate tracking tools
  • Build and manage financial models for both overall operations and individual projects
  • Conduct funding analysis and advise on capital structuring and financial strategies
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial reporting and planning
  • Coach and mentor finance staff to build internal expertise and capabilities
  • Ensure financial practices align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in financial consulting, corporate finance, or project finance
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment evaluation
  • Proficient in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
