About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Control, Budget and Reporting Director to lead our group-level financial planning, reporting and consolidation processes. The role requires strong expertise in IFRS reporting, budgeting, and financial operations, with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership.

This position will report directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of periodic consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage the group’s budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely internal management reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely submission of independent audit reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Support other departments with financial analysis and insights, especially in response to third-party requests.
• Evaluate and improve ERP system workflows and drive process automation in finance operations.
• Prepare and manage various ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic reports.
• Lead and develop the budgeting & reporting team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in financial control, budgeting and reporting, preferably including Big Four background.
• Strong command of IFRS, management reporting, and financial budgeting processes.
• IPO experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP, Microsoft, or similar).
• A self-starter with high motivation and ownership.
