Financial Control & Reporting Executive

Lesaffre, which is a global reference in the yeast industry with its more than 170 years of accumulated knowledge, has been transmitting its international experience to Turkish bakery industry since 1992.

In addition to yeast, we also provide baking solutions like bread improvers, bread mixes, and blends to bakery sector. The products that we produce are used with confidence in more than 80 countries, including Turkey.

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Control and Reporting Executive to join our Finance Directorate. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial and sales data in line with group standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The position involves managing monthly closings, preparing profitability analyses, and supporting rolling forecast processes. The role reports directly to the Financial Control and Reporting Manager.

Your Mission

• Prepare and publish daily and monthly sales reports
• Perform monthly closing activities including sales closing
• Prepare profitability analyses and EBITDA bridge reports
• Contribute to audit processes by preparing requested reports and ensuring compliance with group standards
• Be an active participant in rolling forecast processes by preparing tonnage, price, and profitability analyses
• Prepare financial presentations and ad-hoc reports requested by management and regional management
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to senior management, commercial teams, ensuring reliable data for decision-making
• Standardize reporting formats and ensure data quality through control mechanisms, supporting consistency across departments
• Drive operational efficiency by eliminating manual steps and implementing automation projects, enabling more time for value-added analysis.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in financial control and reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of SAP, HFM, and advanced MS Office (Excel, Power BI, VBA)
• Interest in reporting automation and digitalization, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
• SAP Analytics Cloud knowledge is considered an advantage
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards
• Strong analytical thinking and a team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills

This role requires Turkish language.
