Financial Controller

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including management and financial reporting as well as regulatory compliance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement financial solutions to support the company's growth objectives, including identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes/operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, and banks/financial institutions.
• Support the month end closing while managing the cashflow movement on a weekly basis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall financial performance and operational excellence of the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform financial strategy and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience with a min. of 3 years in financial management role, preferably within a fast-growing tech scale-up environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
