Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage and oversee all financial operations within our logistics organization. The role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, compliance, and strategic financial planning across transportation, activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end financial controlling processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with local and international accounting standards
  • Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition and cost allocation across logistics operations
  • Manage month-end closing, variance analysis and submission of results through group reporting systems
  • Support pricing, margin analysis, and profitability assessments for logistics services and routes
  • Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to improve cost efficiency
  • Lead audit processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and company policies
  • Develop and maintain financial KPIs and dashboards for management reporting
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and scenario analysis


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial controlling, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Good command of Excel programs,
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP BI
  • Solid understanding of logistics cost structures and operational workflows
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and operations teams
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
