Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in ambulatory infusion centers (AICs) to lead and scale our finance and accounting operations. This role requires hands-on expertise with infusion center financials, reimbursement dynamics.
The ideal candidate has operated in a multi-site healthcare environment, understands buy-and-bill economics, and can build financial infrastructure to support rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and monthly close
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Build and manage site-level and consolidated financials across multiple infusion centers
- Monitor and optimize revenue cycle performance, including reimbursement, collections, and denials
- Partner with operations to improve contribution margins and clinic-level profitability
- Manage drug inventory accounting and cost tracking (buy-and-bill model)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all locations
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial processes
- Support strategic initiatives including new site launches, joint ventures, and payer contracting
- Serve as a key partner to executive leadership on financial strategy and decision-making
- Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3+ years in healthcare
- Direct experience working with ambulatory infusion centers (AICs)
- Mandatory experience with WeInfuse
- Strong understanding of infusion reimbursement (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Experience with buy-and-bill drug procurement and margin management
- Proven ability to manage multi-site financial operations
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
Pay: $87,175.07 - $104,985.03 per year
