Job Title: Financial Controller (CA Qualified)

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving financial performance. This role requires a finance professional with a strong accounting foundation, analytical mindset, and the ability to support strategic business decisions through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations across the organization.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure proper implementation of accounting policies and financial controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis to support management decisions.
• Monitor departmental performance against budgeted targets.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, accounting standards, taxation regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems and financial governance processes.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct financial analysis and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Assist management in evaluating investments, projects, and business opportunities.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with finance and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and process improvements.
• Mentor and guide finance team members where required.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Financial Management.
• Experience in the Hotel, Hospitality, Retail, or Manufacturing sector will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
• Sound understanding of IFRS and financial control frameworks.
