Financial Controller

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Review and approve financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Manage tax planning, tax filings, and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Support business planning, investment evaluations, and financial risk assessments.
• Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives when required.
• Monitor contract compliance and financial implications of business agreements.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function through process optimization and automation.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
