About the Role

Fusion Ave Private Limited is looking for a Financial Controller (CA preferred) to manage financial operations for both the company and its US-based clients. This role goes beyond bookkeeping—you’ll review finalized accounts, ensure financial accuracy, advise clients, and deliver strategic insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and finalize client accounts using QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations in coordination with CPA.
• Advise clients by explaining results and recommending improvements.
• Provide the CEO with financial insights to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• CA (Qualified/Finalist) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial management.
• Proven experience as a Controller, Senior Bookkeeper, or similar role.
• Strong command of QuickBooks Online and financial reporting.
• Expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders.

• Salary Range: Rs. 100,000 – Rs. 300,000 (depending on experience)
