We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Financial Controller for a prominent and leading company in the areas of operation and maintenance and total facilities management
Work Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing cost control, and supporting the financial stability of the organization. The role plays a key part in budgeting, project financials, compliance, and strengthening internal controls—especially within contracting and O&M environments.

Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and project accounting.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor and control costs related to contracting and O&M projects, ensuring accurate job costing and profitability analysis.

Support project managers in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial tracking for ongoing contracts.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and IFRS.

Prepare periodic management reports, financial analyses, KPIs, and dashboards for the CFO.

Manage audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure proper documentation.

Oversee revenue recognition for government and private contracts in line with regulations.

Ensure compliance with Zakat, VAT, WHT, and other regulatory requirements.

Work closely with treasury on cash flow planning and payment management.

Support ERP processes, ensuring accurate financial data entry and system integrity (Dynamics 365 is preferred).

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring high accuracy and strong performance.
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA are an advantage.

7–12 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in contracting, O&M, facilities management, or construction is mandatory.

Strong understanding of project costing, revenue recognition, and contract financials.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial compliance regulations.
