Financial Controller - F&B Experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a Financial Controller with hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to lead our finance operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with a deep understanding of F&B business dynamics, including cost management, inventory control, and profitability optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations for F&B business units, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to drive profitability.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, compliance, and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning for multi-unit F&B operations.
• Collaborate with operational teams on inventory, procurement, and pricing strategies.
• Lead and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and cost control specific to F&B.
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
