Oversee and control all financial and commercial activities across GCC markets in line with company policies and regional strategy.
Monitor and control commercial conditions with distributors, including pricing, discounts, rebates, bonuses, and payment terms.
Ensure accurate tracking and approval of free goods, samples, and promotional schemes, and assess their financial impact.
Review and control sales deductions, trade promotions, and market support expenses to ensure compliance with approved agreements.
Lead monthly and quarterly reconciliations with GCC distributors, including sales, stock, free goods, and outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies between company records and distributor reports.
Control and monitor operating expenses (OPEX) for GCC markets, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, profitability analysis by product, country, and distributor, and provide actionable insights to management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimates for GCC commercial operations.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure financial governance of commercial decisions.
Conduct market visits and attend meetings with key distributors and major institutional purchasers (hospitals, tenders, government entities) across GCC.
Support tender evaluations by reviewing pricing, margins, payment terms, and financial risks.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal audit standards across GCC countries.
Act as a key finance business partner to regional management, providing commercial decision support.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audits related to GCC operations
