Wells Hosa Qatar is in search of a talented Financial Controller (Mid-Senior) to enhance our financial operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial strategy and overseeing fiscal performance, ensuring robust financial health for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel abilities.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate between 60 to 110 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
