Financial Controller/Senior Manager Finance – Healthcare

Orthopaedic & Medical Institute (Pvt) Ltd is a premier healthcare institution as we provide top-class medical services. We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to work in our finance department and ensure compliance with Pakistan’s evolving regulatory landscape.

Job Summary:
The Financial Controller will oversee all accounting operations, corporate tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for implementing robust internal controls, managing hospital-specific revenue cycles, and ensuring the institution meets all statutory obligations under the Companies Act and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements.
• Taxation & Compliance: Manage all direct and indirect tax matters, including FBR filings (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Provincial Sales Tax like SRB).

Audit Management: Coordinate with internal & external auditors

• Regulatory Interaction: Ensure relevant functional compliance with the SECP and Healthcare Commission.
• System Leadership: Part of the implementation or optimization of Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and associated ERP modules.

Qualifications:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAP or ACCA (Member) is mandatory.
• Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably in senior managerial role within a hospital or large healthcare facility.

Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and local tax laws.
Software: Proficiency in ERP modules and advanced MS Excel.
