Experience & Key Responsibilities:

• Present and review financial contracts with patients and/or guardians.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor patient payment plans and account balances.
• Process payments, send billing statements, and manage financial correspondence.
• Follow up on past-due accounts while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with insurance, front office, and clinical teams to ensure accurate and seamless patient accounts.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Experience in dental or orthodontic billing/financial coordination preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and empathy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and practice management software.
