Financial Costing Consultant
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current costing structures and financial data.

Develop accurate cost estimates for services, products, and projects.

Identify cost variances and areas of inefficiency.

Enhance or develop robust costing models and tools.

Provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization.
-
Prepare comprehensive costing and financial reports.
-
Coordinate with finance, operations, and procurement teams.
-
Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
-
Assist in tender costing and proposal preparation (technical & commercial).
-
Collect and coordinate relevant financial and operational data.
-
Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy standards and reporting requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:

Accuracy and reliability of costing models and estimates.

Timeliness and quality of financial and costing reports.

Identification of cost-saving opportunities and implementation support.
-
Effectiveness of tender costing and pricing support.
-
Compliance with financial standards and reporting requirements.

Stakeholder satisfaction and collaboration effectiveness.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
Experience:

Proven experience in financial costing, budgeting, or project finance.

Experience in Oil & Gas or energy sector preferred.

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting skills.
