Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to analyze financial data, generate insights, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with financial datasets, and the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance indicators
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams for data requirements
• Automate reports and improve data processes for efficiency
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience with SQL, Power BI / Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Exposure to automation and data modeling
• Prior experience in consulting, BFSI, or analytics-driven environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹318,810.51 - ₹600,000.85 per year
