Financial Manager Required (Odoo Experience)

A leading company in (industry/company activity) is seeking to hire a highly qualified Financial Manager with strong experience in Odoo ERP to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company.
• Manage, operate, and optimize the financial modules in Odoo (Accounting & Finance).
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage cash flow and ensure continuous liquidity availability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Arrange loans, credit facilities, and financing solutions, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Proven hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage banking relationships.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
