Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in marine engines or heavy industrial equipment.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

- Experience in managing Key Accounts and dealing with government and strategic institutions.

- Strong ability to design and implement long-term sales strategies aligned with regional objectives.

- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the annual sales plan in line with company objectives in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

- Lead the field sales team, oversee daily performance, and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with major clients (shipyards, shipping companies, government entities).

- Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and provide regular reports to top management.

- Coordinate directly with Dubai headquarters and Hyundai SeasAll to ensure compliance with global standards.

- Supervise the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring quality and effectiveness.

- Support marketing activities and marine exhibitions to strengthen brand presence.
