Field Sales Representatives

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in marine or industrial engines.

- Strong knowledge of the local market in Jeddah, Dammam, Jazan, and Yanbu.

- Ability to build new client networks and expand customer base.

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

- Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the sales plan within the assigned geographic area (Jeddah, Dammam, Jazan, Yanbu).

- Identify and develop new clients through regular field visits.

- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Present products and explain practical advantages of marine or industrial engines.

- Follow up on sales opportunities from initiation to closing, in coordination with the Sales Manager and Technical Engineer.

- Collect market and competitor information and provide regular reports to management.

- Participate in marine exhibitions and events to represent the company and promote products.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure product delivery and after-sales support.
