Technical Sales Engineer

Required Qualifications:

- Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).

- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in marine or industrial engines.

- Good knowledge of performance indicators such as Torque, Fuel Efficiency, Maintenance Cycles.

- Ability to conduct Sea Trials and explain performance to clients.

- Skilled in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to the sales team by explaining marine engine specifications and benchmarking against competitors.

- Participate in preparing technical and commercial proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

- Conduct Sea Trials and live demonstrations to showcase engine performance and reliability.

- Train clients on basic operation and maintenance of marine engines.

- Follow up with customers post-sale to provide technical support and ensure satisfaction.

- Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions to enhance sales opportunities.

- Coordinate with Customer Service and Spare Parts departments to ensure seamless technical support.

- Prepare regular reports on market performance, customer needs, and competitor technical offerings.

- Support marketing activities and marine exhibitions by delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.
