Description:Financial Management - AMMM Level 2Location: Marietta GAWhat You Will Be Doing
This position will report to the AMMM Manager of Finance - Engineering & Technology and will be responsible for executing the day-to-day business and financial elements of the E&T team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing an executable budget baseline to assess program performance and maintaining changes in accordance with current processes
- Analyzing contract performance
- Providing ad hoc reporting support
- Executing the Program financial business rhythm
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including:
- Senior Program Finance Leadership
- Control Account Managers (CAMs)
Additionally, this role requires the ability to interpret contract performance into meaningful analysis to aid in decision-making. The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of Earned Value principles and be able to develop and execute solutions to complex problems.
These technical skills and educational background will enable the candidate to effectively analyze financial data, communicate complex information, and apply EVM principles to support informed decision-making.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including: Word. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
Experience with Earned Value (EVM) concepts and applications, demonstrating an understanding of the principles and methods used to measure project performance and progress, including: Earned Value Management (EVM) systems, Cost and schedule performance metrics, Variance analysis and reporting, and Performance measurement and forecasting
Desired Skills:
Engineering and Technology Familiarization
The ideal candidate will have familiarization with Engineering and Technology processes and procedures, including:
- Design and development: understanding of the engineering design process, including requirements definition, conceptual design, detailed design, and testing
- Systems engineering: knowledge of the principles and practices of systems engineering, including system architecture, integration, and verification
- Testing and validation: familiarity with the processes and procedures used to test and validate engineering designs, including functional testing, performance testing, and environmental testing
- Configuration management: understanding of the processes and procedures used to manage changes to engineering designs, including configuration identification, control, and verification
- Technical data management: knowledge of the processes and procedures used to manage technical data, including documentation, revision control, and release management
- Engineering tools and software: familiarity with engineering tools and software, including computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided engineering (CAE), and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
This familiarization will enable the candidate to effectively support engineering and technology activities.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
