ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for an Specialist to be recruited in Financial Control and Accounting Department under our Head Office building located in Maslak, Istanbul.


To fit this position, you need to have the below qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree, major in economics, management or finance is preferred,
  • Having excellent command of English language, both written and oral,
  • Motivated to build a long-term career with us,
  • Proficiency in office softwares,
  • Innovative and quick learner; willing and eager to learn new things, open-minded to embrace the new working requirements,
  • Strong logic and strategic thinking,
  • Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, strong teamwork awareness.


You will have below responsibilities for this position:


  • Procurement Process Support & Basic Operations:

Assist in executing daily operations and transaction processing within the procurement process management system.

Handle basic meeting support for relevant committees (e.g., Procurement Committee), including tasks like meeting notifications, material distribution, and minute taking.

  • Periodic Financial Task Execution & Coordination:

Execute fundamental monthly, quarterly, and annual financial tasks (e.g., data collection, form compilation).

Assist in coordinating with headquarters departments and centers/branches, tracking progress and information flow for finance-related matters.

  • Account System Operation & Maintenance:

Perform daily maintenance and updates of account mapping rules to ensure data accuracy.

  • Financial Data Gathering & Analysis Support:

Gather, organize, and input data for key financial indicators (KPIs).

Assist in maintaining existing indicator tracking systems and perform basic data analysis and report generation.

  • Performance Evaluation Operational Support:

Support the yearly renewal of performance evaluation system

Complete other financial support tasks and general administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
