Financial Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management, while providing strategic insights that support SPC’s growth and investment objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and hands-on expertise in managing financial operations within the real estate and property management sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Saudi accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities (ZATCA, MOCI, SAMA).
  • Oversee taxation matters including VAT, Zakat, and corporate income tax compliance.
  • Support senior management in evaluating investment opportunities, real estate valuations, and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with operations and leasing teams to align financial strategies with business performance.
  • Implement and optimize ERP/financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Oracle, SAP, or similar).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA Preferred, and SOCPA (Required)
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role within real estate, property management, or investment sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi tax and Zakat regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
