A Ewaa hotel group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Area Financial Manager to oversee the financial performance of multiple properties and drive strategic growth in alignment with Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidation and standardization of financial reports across properties

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Strengthening internal controls (F&B, procurement, payroll)

• Monitoring CAPEX and ensuring strong ROI

• Tracking and improving KPIs such as RevPAR, GOPPAR & Flow-Through

• Ensuring full compliance with ZATCA, VAT (15%), and Phase 2 E-Invoicing

Requirements:

• Proven multi-property hotel finance experience

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi regulatory and tax framework

• Strategic mindset with strong leadership and analytical skills

• Experience managing seasonality and operational complexities in KSA
