About the Company

We are a well-established marine shipping company based in Sharjah, operating across regional and international routes. As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, and audit requirements
• Monitor voyage profitability, operational costs, and asset utilization
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Supervise and guide the finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA / ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, preferably within marine shipping, logistics, or transportation
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial compliance, and reporting standards
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
