Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated office coordinator to support our growing financial services team. This a part-time role is ideal for someone interested in the financial industry, operations, and agent development.
You will play a key role in helping new agents successfully onboard, get licensed, and stay organized throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage policy placements and submissions
- Coordinate scheduling and onboarding for new agents
- Assist new agents with obtaining study materials and starting the licensing process
- Monitor progress of agents through licensing and carrier appointments
- Maintain organized records and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative and executive assistant support to leadership
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to track multiple processes
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable with basic administrative tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.)
- Interest in financial services, insurance, or business operations (preferred but not required)
