About the Role: Black Stone Foods is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the financial records and provide critical support for key business decisions. This role is essential for maintaining compliance and preventing financial losses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive financial records including all purchase, sales, and expense documentation.
• Track and reconcile daily cash flow and all bank transactions.
• Manage investor profit sheets and calculate shop-wise Return on Investment (ROI).
• Ensure full tax compliance and meticulously organize all required audit documentation.
• Handle staff compensation including processing salaries, commissions, and managing expense approvals.
• Synchronize all data with the BSF ERP system and manage the Cheque Verification System.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and management dashboards.
• Provide financial data and support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for decision-making.
• Actively work to prevent fraud, leakage, and unauthorized spending across the business.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the wholesale, FMCG, or retail sectors.
• Skills: Proven experience working with inventory-based accounting, specifically covering purchases, sales, expenses, and cash flow.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
