As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Financial Performance Analyst to work closely with our C-level leadership and drive data-backed decision-making across our portfolio.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics , or a related field.
  • Strong background in hospitality finance , restaurant operations analysis, or business analytics is highly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , financial modeling tools, and/or Google Workspace ; experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation abilities, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
  • Experience supporting senior or C-level executives is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful mindset with strong business acumen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze restaurant P&Ls to identify trends, variances, and performance gaps.
  • Support monthly budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare financial projections for new projects and venue openings.
  • Conduct variance analyses and present clear insights to management.
  • Assess ROI on marketing and business initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, covers, costs, and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting across all business units.
  • Prepare investor reports and management updates.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries to leadership.
  • Support feasibility studies and financial models for new deals.
  • Conduct quarterly market benchmarking and pricing reviews.
  • Analyze labor efficiency, table turnover, and cost-per-cover metrics.
  • Highlight operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Assist in implementing standardized KPIs and reporting tools.
  • Track supplier costs, wastage, and procurement trends to optimize spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • Support menu engineering, sales mix analysis, and cost-control initiatives.
