Financial Performance Analyst
to work closely with our C-level leadership and drive data-backed decision-making across our portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics
, or a related field.

Strong background in
hospitality finance
, restaurant operations analysis, or business analytics is highly preferred.

Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience with
P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development
.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
, financial modeling tools, and/or
Google Workspace
; experience with
BI platforms
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is an advantage.

Excellent communication, organization, and presentation abilities, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.

Experience supporting
senior or C-level executives
is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful mindset with strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze restaurant P&Ls to identify trends, variances, and performance gaps.

Support monthly budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
-
Prepare financial projections for new projects and venue openings.
-
Conduct variance analyses and present clear insights to management.
-
Assess ROI on marketing and business initiatives.
-
Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, covers, costs, and profitability.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting across all business units.
-
Prepare investor reports and management updates.
-
Deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries to leadership.
-
Support feasibility studies and financial models for new deals.

Conduct quarterly market benchmarking and pricing reviews.

Analyze labor efficiency, table turnover, and cost-per-cover metrics.

Highlight operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.

Assist in implementing standardized KPIs and reporting tools.

Track supplier costs, wastage, and procurement trends to optimize spend.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.

Support menu engineering, sales mix analysis, and cost-control initiatives.
