We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Executive who will play a critical role in driving financial performance, with strong ownership of end-to-end business KPIs, including cost, profitability, operational efficiency and sales performance, in close collaboration with operations and commercial teams.
This role is designed for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with a business mindset and enjoys working closely with operations and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes in close collaboration with business units
- Track, analyze and challenge cost structures, margins and operational performance across products, plants and regions
- Take ownership of key business KPIs, including cost per ton, EBITDA drivers, working capital and cash flow, as well as sales volume, pricing, revenue mix and margin KPIs
- Prepare management reports, variance analyses and performance dashboards for senior management
- Translate financial results into clear insights and actionable recommendations to support decision-making
- Support investment evaluations, scenario analyses and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools and data quality
- Act as a finance business partner to operations, supply chain and commercial / sales teams, supporting performance tracking and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Sabancı Group financial policies and governance standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field,
- 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or business finance roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments,
- Strong exposure to cost analysis, profitability tracking and KPI-based performance management,
- Solid understanding of financial statements and planning processes,
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset,
- Clear and confident communication skills,
- Fluency in English is required.
