Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Executive who will play a critical role in driving financial performance, with strong ownership of end-to-end business KPIs, including cost, profitability, operational efficiency and sales performance, in close collaboration with operations and commercial teams.

This role is designed for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with a business mindset and enjoys working closely with operations and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes in close collaboration with business units
• Track, analyze and challenge cost structures, margins and operational performance across products, plants and regions
• Take ownership of key business KPIs, including cost per ton, EBITDA drivers, working capital and cash flow, as well as sales volume, pricing, revenue mix and margin KPIs
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses and performance dashboards for senior management
• Translate financial results into clear insights and actionable recommendations to support decision-making
• Support investment evaluations, scenario analyses and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools and data quality
• Act as a finance business partner to operations, supply chain and commercial / sales teams, supporting performance tracking and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Sabancı Group financial policies and governance standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field,
• 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or business finance roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments,
• Strong exposure to cost analysis, profitability tracking and KPI-based performance management,
• Solid understanding of financial statements and planning processes,
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset,
• Clear and confident communication skills,
• Fluency in English is required.
