Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial

role in supporting the financial planning and decision-making processes, providing valuable insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

2- Prepare and present insightful financial reports to management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

3- Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate reporting and analysis.

4- Generate regular management reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance metrics.

5- Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas of improvement and efficiency.

6- Work closely with operational teams to develop cost-saving initiatives.

7- Build and update financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on business performance.

8- Provide support for long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.

9- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by senior management.

10- Assist in evaluating the financial implications of potential business decisions.

11- Collaborate with business units to develop comprehensive business cases for proposed initiatives, investments, and projects.

12- Evaluate financial feasibility, return on investment (ROI), and potential risks associated with

proposed business opportunities.

13- Provide financial insights and support to senior management during decision-making processes.

14- Offer recommendations based on financial analysis to guide strategic and tactical decisions.

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
