Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst – Night Shift

About the Role

Arthur Lawrence is seeking an FP&A Analyst – Night Shift to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a U.S.-based client. You will work during night hours aligned with CST to ensure seamless collaboration with client teams. This role requires strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Support budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis.
• Conduct cost and SG&A analysis, segment/project profitability reporting.
• Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards, and templates.
• Assist in management presentations and review decks.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams for accurate financial insights.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; CA-Intermediate or ACCA-finalist required.
• 4–6 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query basics, ERP/accounting software knowledge.
• Strong understanding of accrual and cash-based accounting.
• Excellent English communication, analytical mindset, attention to detail, organizational skills.
