Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst – Remote

We’re hiring a full-time FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across our Amazon brands and e-commerce businesses. You’ll work directly with our Finance Manager and help strengthen the financial engine behind a fast-growing portfolio.

What You'll Do

Planning & Forecasting

• Build weekly and monthly forecasts tied to sales, PPC, COGS, and inventory
• Track daily performance across the US, Canada, and EU
• Support scenario modeling for pricing, promotions, and cash needs

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Review bookkeeping outputs before final numbers go to leadership
• Produce concise variance analysis with clear insights

Profitability & Cost Analysis

• Analyze SKU-level profitability, including fees, shipping, returns, and PPC
• Monitor TACOS, wasted spend, and marketing efficiency
• Identify margin opportunities and recommend improvements

Cash Flow & Budget Support

• Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts tied to payments and marketing
• Track FX impacts (CNY/USD) on landed costs
• Assist with quarterly budgeting and actuals vs plan

Strategic & Operational Support

• Build financial models for launches, pricing, and expansion
• Support UK/DE VAT compliance
• Handle ad hoc financial analysis

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Experience in e-commerce or inventory-based businesses is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online
• Bonus: Power BI, SQL, or Python
